Key2Tuscany was born from our belief that Tuscany’s great historic buildings, forgotten palazzi and abandoned estates, should not only be preserved, but brought back to life with renewed purpose and beauty. We recognize and respect the story of these unique places, and we have made it our mission to connect these extraordinary properties with people who wish to restore a carefully selected project together with us. Our work covers the entire process, from discovering unique locations and properties to acquisition, restoration, interior design completion, and the long-term support of each project. Our principles are guided by the preservation of artistic and historical value, as well as sustainability. We operate primarily in the Siena-Florence region, where we maintain close relationships with local craftsmen, institutions, and authorities. With their support, we have already brought several remarkable projects to life.
